Տիկին Շէմմասեանը յատուկ դաստիարակութեան մասնագէտ է։ Անոր առաջնորդութեամբ, Մանկապարտէզի մեր ուսուցիչները մասնագիտական աշխատանոցի մը մասնակցեցան, աշակերտներու վարուելաձեւի ուղղորդման եւ դասարանի արդիւնաւէտ կառավարման տարբեր մօտեցումները ուսումնասիրելով։ Ընթացքին, մեր ուսուցիչները քննարկեցին աշակերտներու անյարիր վարքի տարբեր երեւոյթներն ու անոնց տեղի տուող պատճառները, եւ նպատակային տարբեր միջամտութիւններ առաջադրեցին՝ զանոնք դիմագրաւելու եւ անոնց առաջքը առնելու ուղղութեամբ։

Շնորհակալութիւն, սիրելի՛ Ռիթա, փորձառութիւնդ կիսելուդ եւ ժամանակ րպրոցիդ տրամադրելուդ համար: Նուիրումդ՝ ուսուցչութեան եւ ներառական կրթութեան՝ մեզ կը ոգեշնչէ ու կը ոգեւորէ ։

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming back one of our distinguished alumni, Mrs. Rita Sevadjian-Chammassian!

Mrs. Chammassian is a dedicated special educator. She led an invaluable professional training session with our kindergarten and elementary teachers, focusing on behavioral strategies and effective classroom management techniques. Our teachers learned how to identify various challenging behaviors, understand their underlying causes, and implement targeted interventions to address each behavior effectively. They gained practical tools for creating supportive learning environments where every child can thrive.
