«Աֆլաթին» եւ «ԱֆլաԵութ» ուսումնական ծրագիրներուն ընդմէջէն՝ այս շաբաթ եւս մեր սաները շարունակեցին ինքնաճանաչման իրենց ճանապարհը: Գործնական եւ խմբային աշխատանքներով, ինչպէս նաեւ անհատական խորհրդածութիւններով՝ անոնք ինքնաճանաչման փորձեր կատարեցին, եւ ընթացքին՝ յայտնաբերեցին իրենց ներուժն ու կարողականութիւնները: Առաւել եւս, անոնք պատկերացուցին, թէ ո՞ւր կը փափաքէին հասնիլ ապագային, ի՛նչ տեսակի աշխատանք ու կեանք պիտի ուզէին ունենալ, եւ թուեցին կարճաժամկէտ ու երկարաժամկէտ այն նպատակները՝ որոնք պիտի առաջնորդեն զիրենք այդ նպատակներու իրականացման։

Կը յիշեցնենք, թէ «ԱֆլաԵութ»ը՝ ընկերային, տնտեսական, ձեռնարկատիրական եւ աշխատունակութեան ձիրքերու ձեռքբերման ուսումնական յատուկ ծրագիր մըն է, որ ՀԲԸՄի Վարժարաններէն ներս կը մատուցուի ԱՐԵՒՄՏԱՀԱՅԵՐԷՆՈՎ, շնորհիւ Գալուստ Կիւլպէնկեան Հիմնարկութեան աջակցութեան եւ YMCA Lebanon-ի ու Aflatoun International-ի համագործակցութեան։

Վստահ ենք, որ ՀԲԸՄի Վարժարաններուն այսօրուան գիտակից, նպատակասլաց եւ ինքնավստահ սաները՝ ապագայի առաջնորդներն են, եւ իրենց ներդումը պիտի ունենան ու դրական փոփոխութիւններ պիտի յառաջացնեն իրենց համայնքին մէջ: Միասնակա՛ն ջանքով եւ կուռ հաւատքով՝ կը պատրաստենք վաղուան այդ առաջնորդները:

This week, our #aflateen and #aflayouth learners embarked on a powerful journey of self-discovery! Through active learning methods, group work, and reflective exercises, they explored their unique strengths and gained insight into how others see them.

But we didn't stop there - our young changemakers took it further by envisioning the people they want to become and mapping out the short-term and long-term goals that will get them there.

AflaYouth is a unique curriculum focusing on social and financial skills, entrepreneurship, and employability - offered in WESTERN ARMENIAN at the AGBU Schools in Lebanon, thanks to the generous support of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation - Armenian Communities and in partnership with YMCA Lebanon and Aflatoun International.

Together, we're equipping young people with the tools they need to thrive and become confident, capable leaders ready to make their mark on the world.
